I have been a Florida resident since 1990, after moving from Mexico. With a background as a business owner, I bring a wealth of knowledge and strong negotiation skills to my clients. I have also held a 220 Insurance license, as well as being a Florida-bound notary. Throughout my real estate career, I have worked hard to educate myself and pursue certifications to be the best resource possible for my clients, including GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), e-Pro, CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
